Self esteem is the relaitonship you have with yourself and others. It is the following:

- How you see yourself

- How you treat yourself

- How you allow others to treat you

- How you present yourself

- How you talk about yourself

- How you talk about others

- How you take care of yourself

- How you take care of others

- How you engage yourself

- How you engage others

- How you define your worth

- In essence, it is how you LOVE and ACCEPT your attitude, values, and behaviors when you look in the mirror, when you face yourself. It is who you see when you look in the mirrow.

 

To boost your self-esteem or have a sence of positive self-image, you start by loving your essence; yourself. Take a look at the following comitments you need to make to YOURSELF to move toward a path of positive self-image; therefore, a positive self-esteem.

5. Set clear boundaries for yourself and for people in your life
