Gheryisms Wellness Consulting LLC (GWC) is an independent mentoring and coaching practice that is geared to provide the following services to all individuals, families, and communities:
o Life skills coaching
o Youth mentoring
o Substance abuse prevention education
o Addiction counseling
o Program development
The goal is to educate, inspire and empower the individual, group, and community with strategies and alternative choices to be able to make healthier lifestyle choices.
YOUTH MENTORING
I offer individual mentoring services to at risk young girls. I am passionate about helping young girls take ownership of their being and transform themselves into young woman with a purpose. We all have a purpose, but we are not all lucky enough to realize it right away and on our own.
I'm here to help!
YOUNG WOMEN LIFE COACH
I provide group coaching that focus on an array of topics and relevant issues that young girls and young women go through daily, to include self-esteem, decision-making, relationships, etc. In my workshops, young girls learn many skills and knowledge that are necessary to deal with everyday life happenings.
SUBSTANCE USE EDUCATOR & ADDICTION COUNSELING
I Provide substance use educational workshops to youth, families and groups. As we are aware, substance use has become an epidemic among our youth. It takes a village to equip our kids with the necessary tools needed to navigate through the daily pressures of being an adolescent.
I'm here to prodide them with these tools!
